thank you sir
will go this weekend for a check up
appreaciate the advice
Broken bones really hurt, but if you have been training a long time your feet may be so tough you cant feel it anymore. X-rays are cheep (500 P). If the swelling is already gone, you are probably OK.
Were you sparing with no pads? Do your shin guards cover your feet?
ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS REMEMBER THIS
R - Rest
C - Cold compress
E - Elevate
My right foot has a crack from kicking an elbow too. Thing is, it always happens to me. The Doctor at the Ortho hospital in Banawe gave me the same advice Supplement_Hub mentioned:
R - Rest
C - Cold compress
E - Elevate
Don't wrap it without seeing the Doctor because sometimes we wrap it the wrong way, lalong bumubuka yung crack. Dapat makita muna sa x-ray.
