    Unhappy shoulder injury

during my previous comp, i had a bad fall, landed shoulders first. hirap ako itaas shoulders ko for about 3wks. pinahilot ko na sa Philcoa, pero every training, nagre-recur yung pain and lack ng mobility ng shoulders ko.

hope all you guys can help me out.

I think another member here advised we should all get medical help.

    Philcoa?

One of the best orthopedic hospitals is straight down Quezon Ave, right after Sto Domingo Church, right turn Banawe, on to the Nat Orthopedic Hospital. They are experts and very affordable.

during our motocross days, I also landed straight on my left shoulder and at first I thought "kaya ito. RICE lang ayos na." but after a wk, I still couldn't rotate my left arm. So, my bro took me to Ortho Hospital, Banawe and they found out I had a fractured collarbone. Proper medical attention and advise got me back to recovery in 2 wks or so.

i had almost the same problem bro. I landed on my back sa mismong kalsada
during a fist fight with an A$$h0le yun right shoulder ko nag absorb ng
impact. Di ko ma raise ang shoulders ko ng matagal siguro before i had
it checked mga 2 months na yun pain. The rehab doctor told me it was a
case of Frozen Shoulder syndrome. (check mo sa net about this) anyway
i was administered with steroids (3 sessions) was recommended with
therapy. Ginawa ko sa house nalang ang therapy. Matagal ang galingan
pag frozen shoulder syndrome...minsan umaabot ng 18 months. In my
case the accident happened last Sept..till now ramdam ko parin ang pain
lalo na sa gabi di ka papatulugin. In the beginning i cant practically raise
my right arm. Kung same ang naramdaman mo with what i have most
likely frozen shoulder syndrome yan. Matagal na ako wala ensayo because
    of what happened.

DAMN! i dislocated my shoulder sometime ago, fricking pain in the ass. May angle na madali siya mag-pop, kinda messes up how you train coz you think about your shoulder popping out!

mga sir magkano kaya pagamot ng ganito? any tips on how to strengthen your shoulders?

I think I have a labral tear sa right shoulder. It still is painful when I cross my arms together. I was bench pressing a very heavy weight, then nawala ang concentration for a sec. I just live through the pain even now while training, got used to it. Got a new injury though, a sore left elbow from being arm barred during rolling.

tama bro, ang best na magagawa mo is punta ka na sa doctor.

tsaka yung RICE (rest, ice, compression, elevation).

specifically, an orthopedic surgeon. if you can, visit the orthopedic surgery department of Philippine General Hospital, or ask the front desk of UST Hospital for schedules of the orthos. sabagay, if mahanap niyo ang trunk lines ng dalawang nabanggit ko, tawagan niyo na lang for clinic hours ng mga consultants.

^good advice. lalo na REST. kung gusto mo parin mag-train siguro super light muna intensity.

wag ka pumunta sa manghihilot for serious injuries like that, baka lumala pa dude.

Yung frozen shoulder seems a better thing to have than what i have now.
I'm 99% sure i have partial tears on both my rotator cuffs. I can't lift heavy weights as much as I'd want to
esp with shoulder and chest routines.
Para ring may konting phobia to lift heavy. Aside from that talagang napansin ko na strength and mobility
    were both affected.
It sucks. Pati pag throw ng punches sa bag nagbago. Kainis! *sigh*
