pulled muscle
hey guys is there such thing as a pulled "ab" muscle? cus i just sparred with this guy recently who is very muchbogger and stronger than me who attempted to give me an arm bar from the closed guard to which i resisted and somehow pulled an "ab" muscle cus i felt and heard it pop! so does anyone have any tips on how i can recuperate faster so i dont sacrifice my training? thanks : )

is it near the rib area? give it 4 weeks rest dude

hey bro.. that sucks man, happened to me once and every time I check my ribs, it seems that there is a rib broken. Just give it a month rest
