Brock looked done there for a while but he managed to survive. Great performance by the champ.

Di pa rin natatalo? But, congrats to Brock! Mabuhay ang WWE!

I still want to see a Fedor vs Brock bout.

What heart displayed by the champ during round one! You could see the respect he had after the fight. Well, at least he's getting more humble each fight. Just don't put Frank Mir in front of him again. Ever.

just wonderin' kaya ba laging R1 lang fights ni carwin kasi madali siya maubos? hindi pa siya nag plan ahead for that thing? i went for brock talaga. pero mas ok if tumagal yung laban. .. if walang submission nangyari .. i think R1 goest to carwin and MAYBE R2 for brock.. atleast may R3 pa sana . .. im not a fighter to say this things pero kasi di ba sabi nila. .when you train for a fight kadalasan eh sobra sa fight time limit ang training mo talaga. .. la lang. .nagtataka lang talaga ako well sana may rematch sila

i just watch the replay pero napanood ko din yung live hindi siya nabugbog hype lang talaga iba kasi pag nanonod ka ng live check niyo ulit medyo intimidate lang talaga si brock pero ok talaga siya 10-9 yun dapat sa round 1. check niyo ulit .opinion ko lang.

Hinde, dahil first round pa lang tnatatapos na niya. It's not a question of conditioning but of experience. Iba talaga yung sa laban kesa sa training lang. For example, prior to my second fight I was sparring 7-8 rounds excluding pa yung mitts and bag training, warmup, etc. Pag dating sa laban I was all but spent come the second round since natapos yung first ko in the first round. But then again, that's just my opinion and experience.

    Here you go:
The game plan last night was to be patient and let the fight come to you. When I had him in trouble the ref keep saying he was going to stop it and then my body began to seize up. In between rounds I could not move my legs and had what felt like a I had a whole body cramp. My cardio was fine but my body was not. What can you do you have to stand up and face your opponent.
Thanks for all the Support - Shane Carwin Fan Community

He went all out looking for the finish in the first round. Carwin trains in high altitude and I'm sure he prepared his cardio well for the fight but all the stress, anxiety and pressure of a big fight could also affect your stamina.

also i think he had an adrenaline dump, all that excitement of almost finishing brock but ending up not actually not doing it would really stress your system
