Best P4P fighters outside the UFC
There's already a thread for "who's the best p4p fighter" the list is dominated by UFC fighters(except for Fedor and Aldo). I just wanted to throw out names who not everybody knows but deserve some respect.
Nick Diaz
Eddie Alvarez
Dominick Cruz
Hector Lombard:from bellator fighting, a guy who hasn't lost for maybe over 4 yrs(Mousasi), and has been active and whooping everybody he's faced.
Gil Melendez: what he did as an underdog to Aoki was amazing. he has beaten everybody he's faced(considering rematches).
Overeem: if he fights Werdum he will be the next Strikeforce champ and he has a chance in my opinion to beat Fedor if they fight too.
Muhammad King Mo Lawal: He dominated a highly touted Gegard Mousasi, his young career has been impressive.
I know theres more out there. Throw some names in there if you have an opinion.

That's a good list you have there. Hector Lombard is very talented and has great potential but I'd like to see him take a step up in competition because he hasn't really faced a top 10 guy. The UFC tried signing him a while back but he had visa issues. King Mo has incredible potential as well and with his wrestling pedigree alone I think he could give a lot of top guys some serious trouble. Jacare is awesome to watch and I think he's a future Strikeforce champ and could make some serious noise in the MW division.
Marlon Sandro has been wrecking people in DREAM's featherweight division. I'd like to see him test himself in the WEC where the talent pool is deeper but his Nova Uniao team mate Jose Aldo is the current champ so the possibility of him jumping ship is unlikely for now. Katsunori Kikuno is another fun guy to watch with his funky style and was on a tear for a while before he ran into Eddie Alvarez.
Dominic Cruz and Jose Aldo are both under the Zuffa banner so you could technically include them on the UFC list. With Fedor's loss, Zuffa (UFC/WEC) currently has the consensus no.1 fighter from bantamweight to heavyweight. Lots of great fighters still out there though.
Oh and minor correction, Overeem has been the SF champ since 2007. His fight against Brett Rogers who was coming off a loss against Fedor was actually a title defense (after almost 3 years of absence). And now Scott Coker is suggesting that Fedor might fight Overeem for the title after losing to Werdum. That would be an exciting fight to watch but the whole "loser gets title shot" thing is hilarious.
