Default Should the PSC subsidize the RP Team B athletes of the Olympic combative sports?

Among the Olympic combative sports, which Team A athletes have been entitled to government subsidy (and recently even deprived of...well, some of them), only those athletes of RP Boxing Team B receive subsidy from the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC). The RP Taekwondo Team B reportedly receive from the Philippine Taekwondo Association (PTA) itself, which is undoubtedly one of the richest national sports associations (NSA's). The Team B athletes of judo and wrestling - add to that the other Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) recognized combative sports of muay, pencak silat, karate, and sanshou - don't receive PSC support. Therefore, our combat athletes don't enjoy the regular presence of a sparring partner-which is an imperative. Our athletes need sparring partners of their own weight class to ensure their development and avoid injuries, usually suffered by the lighter athlete when sparring against a much heavier partner. Yes, I earnestly pray that the new administration of the PSC will subsidize soonest all our Team B athletes (or sparring partners or training pool athletes or whatever-we-may-want-to-call-them).
