Sa Martial Arts gym? Bro. ADvice lang. Make sure you put additional grappling mats on top of the jigsaw mats. Sobrang dumi ng mats doon. I got staph infection from training Muay Thai there. Basta bring tons of alcohol. It gets really hot and humid there. Pa-warn mga instructors re the condition. I don't want anybody to suffer the same fate that happened to me. Trust me, staph infection, next to a major injury, is one of the worst things to happen to you during training. Black eye, liver shot, strained joints are nothing compared to staph. Just ask anyone who's had it before.
