They're actually just nicknames to the moves. It gets easier once you understand the flow of the whole system, going from a Guard to the eventual Jiu Claw and Oma Plata. I played around with these movements back in '09 with Carl. Wouldn't rely on these though. Gotta be comfortable with the basics first.
