peace and love and happiness
This comment seems to be uncalled for. The other guy was just asking a question. It wasn't like he said anything bad about the group.
I'm sure we were all taught about respecting other disciplines and teams/groups. I don't think your instructor would tolerate such behavior.
Why don't we all just get along. Right? Besides, aren't we all martial arts practitioners here?
Shootodog is right, give it a rest.
Watch videos at youtube of how the Thais do the kicks and punches and also how they fight. Then compare it with the way MAP QC does it and how the other group does it. See which gym's techniques are much closer to authentic muay thai.
By the way, MAP QC has produced several RP muay thai team members. In the recent 2009 SEA Games in Laos, one of their former fighter won the Silver Medal.

The founder himself was a former team muaythai phils(1997), international champion, world competitor and former national champion,1996-97. nakapag produce na rin sya ng 2 muaythai world silver medalist(1996,1997 - pedro ocomen and alma idio from pangasinan)
