Hey guys, anybody know a place dito sa Pinas that can teach gun cleaning (Small arms to Rifles) and that can rent out in a Shooting range?

where do you shoot? i was taught by the rangemaster of the range i joined.

that is not safe since you do not have a backstop to stop your slugs from "straying" into people or animals or property. it's a dangerous practice. do not do it.
