Philippine Council of Kali Eskrima Arnis Masters?

Hi guys, on another martial arts forum, a guy from the UK, Pat O'malley, is an "FMA Instructor" who claims to be a "full-fledged member" of the organization that is the Philippine Council of Kali Eskrima Arnis Masters. I'm not really well versed in FMA's, nagpapatanong lang po sila kasi kung legit yung organisasyong ito. Thanks for all the help, guys!

yes. pat o'malley, one of the founders of rapid arnis is legit. he has trained with many of the great guros of fma. in some ways he is more filipino than some filipinos i know. he loves the fma and along side guro peter lewis of bakbakan and some others continue to spread and propagate the f.m.a. in the u.k. and e.u.

I believe that organization is currently headed by Rey Dominguez. It was originally founded by Roland Dantes, I think Vic Sanchez and others to bring together the masters of fma. Pat O'Malley is one of the world's leading proponents of Filipino Martial Arts as both teacher and competitor.
