    arnis isn't just about weapons. in fact, most systems have empty hands as part of their curriculuum. traditionally, in general, you start off with weapons and work your way to empty hands.

    i think that people who think that arnis/ kali/ escrima/ estocada/ silat are just about weapons know nothing about them.
