i do not know if LSAI is still active in makati. maybe LBB could shed some light on the matter.

i do not know if yawyan still has a gym training at inquirer street. maybe burungkol can shed some light on this matter.

i do not know if TK is accepting students for KDL anymore. maybe TK can shed some light on the matter as well.

There is an LSAI at Don Bosco Makati. The Pekiti Tersia guys at white plains are great too. If you want it really "affordable", you can try the LSAI guys in UP. Let me know which do you want, I'll try to get the contact infos for you.

there's no more yaw-yan gym in makati. not sure if sir louie still has a gym somewhere there... mykmike (if he's still registered) could probably share info re: this.

also, i always say this, sometimes you have to get out of your way if you really want to learn. try mo din yung mga kalapit na lugar.

Luneta is very close to most parts of Makati. The rates of most of the instructors there are very reasonable.

I have students who come to our practice from Caloocan, Bacoor, Cubao, Fairview and Cainta. One of my senior students used to commute from San Fernando, Pampanga and another from Lipa, Batangas. I used to travel 160 kilometers round trip to study with my teacher. So, honestly, I don't have much sympathy for students who are looking for convenience when looking for a school.
