    Default D I Y padded baston

    you will need:

    1) air conditioner insulation tube (foam) 28" long

    2) rattan stick or upvc stick 26" long, 1/2" in diameter

    3) electric or duct tape.

    4) soap

    5) water
    peace and love and happiness

    step 1: rub soap and water on your rattan/ upvc baston. soap really well. like you were spanking the monkey.

    step 2: insert it into the insulation. make sure there is 1" of insulation 'sobra' on both ends.

    step 3: cut slits in the 'sobra' (a cross will do) and fold it into itself.

    step 4: tape the tips with the tape.

    optional: for further safety, you can use the rest of the tape to tape up the padded baston.

    step 5: say "tadah! spar na tayo!"

    ps: allow to dry nga pala. siguro mga 2 hours ok na yan.

    pvc nga gamit namin.at ganyan nga ata pagkagawa ng binili namin.

    gawa din nga ako.

    I've tried pvc. After a few hard hits it might shatter and it leaves a jagged point. CPVC and UPVC are tougher and better. Also use lots of duct tape to make it last longer.
