be yourself...well, be your behaved self.
    bring your c.v. and a few 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 i.d. pics handy (white background).
smile and make eye contact when you're talking to the person interviewing you.
do not talk in taglish. english or tagalog. never taglish.
dress like you're going for an interview not the beach or a party.
always say "please", "may i", and "thank you"
    peace and love and happiness

Practice in front of a mirror... It really works.

It would also help if you can have someone who can talk in straight English (like professors) but if not, read an English novel out loud. If you're hearing hard intonations of a vowel (i.e.; Apple, Apol) it would help you watch out for these things by making you hear yourself talk (you can do this especially with a recorder).

Lastly, take deep breaths walking to an interviewer. It'll calm you down enough for you to be able to think before you speak

if you can help it avoid saying "ah" "eh" "kasi eh".
pause and think before you answer. this elimiates "ah eh kasi ganun eh"
straight tagalog or straight english. no taglish.
answer in complete sentences. do not text talk. i hate text speak on forums, i'd hate to hire anyone who talks that way.
    peace and love and happiness

Ang laging sinasabi sakin ng Prof ko nung college, pag interview, dress to kill. Kumbaga, sa pananamit pa lang, ulam ka na dapat.

sir wag jeans. kahit black pants. leather shoes and button down na polo pwede na. kasi improper pag naka-maong ka in a job interview. kung naiinitan ka with long sleeves try mo mag-polo barong.
