Detecting multiple accounts
I'm also a member of filairsoft.com(FAS), the biggest online forum for airsofters here in the philippines...
Admins there can detect multiple accounts... When they've detected multiple accounts they'll post a thread of it into their admin office section similar to pinoymma's talk to the administrators section...
For example im the guy who's using multiple accounts, their post would look like this:
mortalpitbulls: pitbullero and mortalpitbulls are sharing the same computer. They might be the same person... or not.
I think it would be nice if pinoymma also have a detecting stuff...
ang alam ko sir nakikita(or may paraan makita) ng admins ng isang forum yung IP address ng mga forumers eh.
funny story about this - sa Philippine petfinder na forum meron dati member na may nang aaway sa kanya it turns out na same IP address yung kaaway nya as per admin :P

Regarding sa topic makaktulong din yun sa mga nangtro-troll na forumer
pano naman kung halimbawa, pareho sila ng internet shop na pinupuntahan? lets say netopia? kasi diba isang ip adress lang ang gamit nun? or sa sm wifi same din yun ip adress nun?

Ung sa comp. shop depende un.. minsan isa IP ADD, minsan namn hindi. Ex. pag WIFI kahit isa server ibaiba IP ADD.
