    Traditional kettlebell exercises (balistic) have a short time under tension because the movement is explosive. About three quarters of the movement is performed mostly by the initial burst, therefore the actual amount of time where the muscles are producing a forceful contraction is less then a second. Not enough to produce hypertrophy.

    That said you can use different lifts(grinds) and specific programs to add on mass with Kettlebells. But you'll be better of with other tools if adding mass is your immediate desire.

    Pwede naman gamitin Kettlebells to build muscle... Though I thin, mas fit ang Hardstyle for this since it creates more tension sa muscles...

    yung Fluid style is better for work capacity and stamina

    Sabagay once can you move up to a higher weight kettlebell, for sure lalaki shoulders and arms mo
