    Default Home workout

    If ever wala ka ng time sa gym or wala kang pang bayad , what do you think magandang investment na gamit. Na makakatulong sa conditioning siguro mga 3k ang budget. anyone has a suggestions?

    i'd buy a very good training shoe, preferably cross-trainers.

    Dumbells 5kg and 10kg, for strength and power workouts, as well as for shadowboxing (train those shoulders to keep em arms up!) Bili ka narin ng punching bag here in baguio a generic one is about 800 at most. kung may mabait kang kapatid/kaibigan, bili ka ng mitts para pag mabore sa punching bags, you've got something else to do. Or kahit training partner mo na broke din hehe. Kahit hindi na branded ang bilhin mong gamit, hindi naman pagandahan o papormahan, paggalingan sa ring

    meron nga akong mitts eh hindi ko naman magamit kasi hindi naman sila interesado at hindi naman sila marunong gumamit noon. ahaha sayang nga e.
    mas maganda nga dumbells ano? kasi pag barbells parang unti lang pwedeng gawin.

    youd get more with dumbells than barbells kasi pag martial arts training ang hanap mo eh. it offers more mobility at promise masusulit pera mo dun! kasi kahit araw araw ka magensayo with 5kg dumbels mabigat parin at parusa sa shoulders! maginspire ka nalang ng mga katropa mo jan na sumama sa trainings mo para masulit yung pads hehe. tama din sabi ni legshot, Jump Rope! 50 pesos lang naman yun o kung may pamangkin kang babae hiramin mo nalang yung sa kanya. Jumping rope greatly improves footwork and mobility.

    actually may skip rope, dumbbell bars 2 old , 2 new , p. bag, focus pads, Yoga Matt, tapos maraming maraming plates iba't ibang sizes yun may kailangan pa kaya ako for this 3 months vacation ayoko muna kasi pumasok ulit ng gym kasi yung pera ko malamang pang isang buwan lang sayang naman oras.

    Kettlebells.

    Or if you do bodyweight training, Stability Ball, Resistance Band, Pull Up/Chin Up Bar.
