    Default The 300 worout

    Share ko lang.

    A summary of a "300" workout which Rain of "Ninja Assassin" used are the following:

    * 25 pull-ups
    * 50 deadlifts at 135 pounds
    * 50 push-ups
    * 50 box jumps with a 24-inch box
    * 50 “floor wipers” (a core and shoulders exercise at 135 pounds)
    * 50 “clean and press” at 36 pounds kettle bell (a weight-lifting exercise)
    * 25 more pull-ups

    sir ginawa na rin yan ni gerard butler (king leonidas) Gym Jones - Power, Speed, Endurance, Suffering and Salvation, i've tried it and it was for real! i mean high intensity yan workout na yan, the only rule is to complete the workout one exercise to another without resting,maganda siya as an interval training o limited time ka lang, share ko lang po

    I think i'll do it in May, busy kase sobra ngayon e.

    habang wala si machete...lets post our results, i.e. time of completion.

    sir brutal naman si machete, yung 100 burpee challenge nya halimaw...pero it works wonders nga naman
    yung 300 workout time ko 25 mins., i gunning to make it below 20-15mins hopefully

    oo matindi si machete pag conditioning... laspag lahat kami pag siya nagtuturo sa training... pero maganda results...

    I will definitely try this, its a good workout. Im not really a fan of lifting weights

    kaya lang tig-ilang minutes yung rest sa bawat exercise???
