    Default Unorthodox Shin conditioning

    Ever heard of Shin conditioning with a candle? where you rub your shins with it till all the wax rubs away? well what are your thoughts? how about kicking Abaca? just wanna know if anyone else here has anything to say or add about unorthodox conditioning

    what about tapping or rolling arnis sticks on your shins after the day's training? is that a dumb practice??

    Stick with the pads and bags, man. Hitting yourself doesn't only make you look stupid, but could cause some problems in the future as well.

    I heard rolling sticks or bottles on the shins can cause the bones to splinter kaya mejo delekado men.

    yes, its dumb. just hit the bags.
    side note, for yaw-yan, our baton bags are generally made of abacca. we just hit them.

    Pero diba meron Medical study na miniscule bone fractures in extremeties (away from internal organs), once na ma heal sya and mag set in ang Calcium inside the fractures will make the bone denser, therefore, stronger...

    I think hindi splintered bone ang hanap ng conditioning na ganito... total break na kung ganun... siguro hairline fractures lang...

    Pero hardcore na yan... extreme pain for extreme payout...
