Default My current home training routine (please critique)

warm-up is 10 minutes of jumping rope

    30 seconds rest

followed by 5 four minute rounds of shadowboxing with 15 seconds rest in between

rest up for another 30 seconds

The Bear Complex Lifting Routine: 7 reps of 7 sets with 1 minute rest in between (HIIT)

    1. Power Clean
    2. Front Squat
    3. Push-Press
    4. Back Squat
    5. Push-Press

    30 seconds rest again

seven 4:30 minute rounds of heavybag work with 30 second rest periods in between
end it with some core exercises

So... what do you guys think?

Yes, sir. I'm overweight by 15 pounds and want to get back to competition weight.

^ If you are using an olympic barbell, you can start with just the empty bar and work your way up...

If you are using a standard bar, 10 lbs per side is a safe start

    This is what I think:

warm-up with 5-10 minutes of shadowboxing

M,W,F: 45-minute run, continuous steady moderate pace
T,S: 10-15 second hill sprints (10 sets), jog down
    Th: 100m Wind Sprints
