Default What would be a good motivation to train?

What would be a good motivation to train? Or at least train regularly?

ever since I got employed last year, I never really got to train as often as back when I was in college.

As much as possible, when I'm not too stressed out, too tired or too sleepy, I try to at least do shadowboxing and some pad/bag work. But I haven't really trained in the gym for a while.
I want to but aside from the "excuses" that I have as written above, I tend to get too lazy.

I have officemates who also used to train. Yes there are women (one even used to fight in tourneys).
Some of them are still able to train just because their gyms are very near their homes.

I'm a call center agent and there isn't a good gym near my location. Nearest gym to train is in Ortigas. None in Libis (which is where I work). Nearest where I live would be Maic's Gym (two rides and a few meters of walking) or the ones in Marikina.

If you are budget conscious (like me...) you can pay for the training... Add into it the commute fee... the money you pay for the sports drinks... the money you pay for the soap you buy to wash your gym clothes... the money you use to buy personal hygiene products... the money you use to pay for the water bill... then you're all set to be guilt-ridden for the amount that you're wasting by NOT training... So you train you'r ass off since you're spending the hard earned Call Center ka-chings (totally like me)

it's either you do or you don't. in my case, i am working at night as an accent trainer. nakatira pa ako sa cavite. but i would still find time to train with weights 2x a week, and kickboxing 2x a week. by the way, my 7month old na baby pa ako. ang motivation ko: i want my son to be proud of me pagdating ng panahon. gusto ko rin na irespeto niya ako hindi lang sa dahil tatay niya ako kundi dahil alam niyang kaiba ako sa common na tatay na malaki ang tiyan at mukhang tatay na tatay. i just want to be a role model for him paglaki niya. yung tipong susunod diya sa yapak ko (wag na lang niyang gayahin yung mga masasamang gawain ko. hehehe. )

manood ka ng mga rocky films pagka gising mo. everytime I watch it especially the training scenes naeenganyo akong magensayo at magjog, Maiimagine mo na ikaw si rocky training, punching that frozen cow leg, jogging to 80's 90's music such as eye of the tiger and bon jovi themes. yeah!!!!
