Meron din akong mga E-books. But I also have a lot of torrented DVD's and vids. I'll look for a filesharing site and I'll also post links for the e-books. For the vids and DVD's, I'll list them here and what torrent site I got them from.

    Compile lang muna.... heheheh...

indeed, my brother. nothing replaces hardcore training, bare bones bashing, and sweat all-out rollin'. these are just materials to read sa mga panahong wala tayong ginagawa. btw, sa warrior philosophy section, read thick face black heart. ganda pare.

btw, i researched about p90x. according to some, it's just a marketing ploy by its innovators. nothing special daw at marketing hype lang daw ito. i do not know. i would research more on this.

Well philosophically speaking, everything you sell is a marketing ploy. Even fitness gyms are marketing ploys by innovators. But I ask you this: can you do their workouts without breaking a sweat? I doubt it. Ask Burungkol. He does it with the missis. And the Yoga workout is hardcore. The "Ab ripper" is sort of bullsh*t though.

But check it out: P90x is an average of 60 minutes of working out. (The Yoga is like 100 minutes) Insanity is basically the same, only it's bodyweight circuits. It's a program you do for 90 days, with a regular schedule and an eating plan. Do you honestly know anyone who legitimately works out more than 6 hours a week? Even if you just jog 6 hours a week (that would cover somewhere between 5-12 miles a day for six days), that would yield phenomenal results. You work out religiously for 90 days on a program you've probably never tried before, unless you are a legitimate athlete or one of those insane Crossfitters, you WILL get ripped. What these programs do is hold your hand and tell you exactly what to do, because most of the time we have no idea what to do, so we either do what we've always done, or we just don't work out at all. With these, you have an actual format (and sometimes you actually get motivated, because the cute little chick in the background is obviously pushing way more harder than your pansy @ss). It also eliminates the excuse of not being able to go to the gym to work out. So if the question is "does it work?" Yes, it does. But you have to use it. It's worthless if you leave it on your shelf, collecting dust with your old Digital Playground DVDs.
