Nice. But unlike Western women, Asian women don't put out that easy. You gotta "love" them first.

How about locals? I mean, after all these years, I still have a hard-on for Giselle Sanchez and Geneva Cruz. Not THAT old-school, but I'm a 90's kid.

Oh, you'd be surprised, my friend from the east. It's not at all THAT different out here. We just watch maybe too many American Pie movies.

Trying the cardio-weightlifting split next week. M-W-F is my cardio days (workout listed above), while T-TH I'm planning to try GSP's weightlifting program I stole off youtube.

And a sh!t load of shadowboxing. But if you prefer going all Jtreyes, doing all sorts of "MMA Workouts" you see from fitness magazines and web articles, then be my guest. (Sorry, JT.) I'm just saying, I don't think you need all that bullcrap. They're just trying to sell something. I mean (1) why would you stress yourself with burpees before your actual workout? (2) Why would you do 4:30 rounds? (3) Why would you put 10 seconds of rest? And (4) what does your abs and core work look like?
    Get it?

    Check it out: (example)

MONDAY: 45-minute Jog (AM); Spar (PM)
TUESDAY: Hill Sprints, 10 sets (AM); Whale on the bag (PM)
WEDNESDAY: 45-minute Jog (AM); Spar (PM)
THURSDAY: 100m Wind Sprints (AM); Whale on the bag (PM)
FRIDAY: 45-minute Jog (AM); Spar (PM)
SATURDAY: Hill Sprints (AM); Whale on the bag (PM)
    SUNDAY: REST

TRAINING TIME: 2-2.5 hours per day total.

Being a fighter ain't that damn complicated.
