    It's not easy, lalo na sabi mo mabisyo ka. running is the most common cardio workout you can do to increase your stamina. Just do it right, increase the length and speed gradually. Don't over do it take some time to rest. twice or thrice a week. as mentioned on the previous replies, about sex, malaki rin ang maitutulong ng joogging.

    Di ko alam ha, pero tuwing nakikipag sex or mastur mania nanlalambot tuhod ko kaya iniiwasan ko na lang, saka na lang pag gigil na gigil na talaga ako.

    Yeah because you dont have sex with your girlfriend right phenom? So you just take it all out on the gym. YOu are so busy and forums you have no credibility. Will go to any EXTENT to lie...It's a shame.
