Tumakbo ka. 30-90 minuto. Araw-araw. Kung hindi ka hinihingal, bilisan mo. Tapos ang usapan.
Well, sex is always considered to be a good exercise. If you can go two rounds that would last an average of 20-30 minutes, that's one good cardio work-out. Then you just need to do this 3x a week.
I'd hardly consider sex a workout. But that's just me. I wouldn't know, I'm a stud.
Also it has little carryover to the actual sport, so legshot420, you cannot put "Ruby - 1 round, April -1 round, Danica - 2 rounds" in your training log. That is NOT training, playboy.
