oo. haha. patayan ito mamaya!!! ginagawa ko 20 at a time. pag pagod na, by 10s or by 5s na lang. i have yet to pass 40 pull ups kaya kapalan na lang ng mukha at pilitin na makaya. but then, there's no time limit, so i might just go ahead and still do it.
let's do the Hindi Squat challenge next week, ikaw magpost ng rules/instructions sa friday/saturday..... (kaso mukhang walang sumasali sa thread na ito! haha)
yung burpee challenge, punyeta, di ko kaya talaga ang 100. pero gagawin ko ulet yon hanggang maging 100.
