    let's do the Hindi Squat challenge next week, ikaw magpost ng rules/instructions sa friday/saturday..... (kaso mukhang walang sumasali sa thread na ito! haha)

    Ginawa ko na 'to dati. Wala talagang sumasali. Tatlo lang yata tayo sa burpee challenge, at walang gumagawa ng 100. sa Sherdog talagang patigasan. Every month may conditioning challenge na maraming sumasali.

    yung burpee challenge, punyeta, di ko kaya talaga ang 100. pero gagawin ko ulet yon hanggang maging 100.

    ganun talaga brod, kanya kanyang trip lang at gustong mangyari sa buhay. sana lang may mga sumali pa para patigasan din tayo dito! ganito lang yan:

    50 (originally 100) Pull-ups
    50 (originally 100) Push-ups
    50 (originally 100) Sit-ups

    Average time to complete: 10-15 (originally 20-30) minutes

    Haha, puwede bumitaw. Wala pa akong kilalang kaya mag 100 pullups na hindi bumibitaw.

    ayos lang yun bossing, ang mahalaga ay makumpleto mo. pero kung di kaya, post your results pa din para may reference ka na makukumparahan mo sa susunod. tangina, para akong aatakihin sa puso nung natapos ko yung midget. haha.
