    enervon ion as well. no sugar and it tastes good.
    isa pang pampagana, manood ka ng mga movies na nakakamotivate. i normally watch gladiator, cinderella man, and rocky 4. at may nakalimutan ako! kickboxer ni JCVD! haha!

    not necessarily... it can also be triggered by small squeaking screams .... true story din.

    bacchus is good but always get enough rest before training because you'll end up having sugar rush then your body crashes afterwards

    me, i watch boxing youtube videos before boxing and muay thai naman when i would train muay thai. tapos pumped up na pumped up talaga. sarap ng training
