    Sir j.torado - actually sir nag try na ako ng creatine. Kre-akaline pang after workout and Size On hinahalo ko sa whey protein drink ko. nun naubos ko yung mga suppliments ko hindi na ako bumili ulit and started taking a more green and natural approach..eating what is right for my body,magastos kasi ang suppliments as for my experience,i've compared my workouts with and without suppliments...mas ganado ako nun wala na akong gamit na suppliments, it's still your choice if you want to go with suppliments or not.

    Creatine is not bad for teens. And you're right it has bad effect on kidney. I used creatine before, i felt no side effects from taking it, maybe because i drink a lot of water when I was taking the supplement. I have read that drinking plenty of water will save your kidney from disease and failure. Any way, what's you're purpose of taking creatine? are you into bodybuilding?

    how about flax seeds?are they good of a supplement as fish oil?
