    You know what? I don't really know about that. They're both Omega-3 Fatty Acids. I think you get fiber and protein from actual Flax Seeds. But that's about all I know about that. Never really used the stuff.

    creatine phosphate is a waste product by the body...but you need it in repairing worn out muscle tissues after training promotes recovery faster..meat has creatine but when you cook it the crea in it lessens...if you'll take it just drink plenty of water...
    regarding the truth about kidney problems...if you dont know that you have kidney problems then you have taken supplements it could worsen,so better have a test for your kidneys before any intake...that's from our nephrologist client here...
