Why would you want to take Creatine in the first place? What supplements are you on, and how is your diet?

Guys, is it alright for a 16 year old to take supplements? specifically creatine.
I heard that whey is fine but creatine may cause kidney malfunction. Totoo ba yun?

If your purpose is to have an added energy and explosiveness your best and most natural way of having that is just drink coffee. If your not satisfied with it buy energy drink specifically BACCHUS (SUGAR FREE) never get any kind of energy drink that will just give you a sugar rush like COBRA, STING, XPLODE or similar products because you dont really have a natural or energy that came from vitamin B and caffein. It just came from the HIGH SUGAR CONTENT of the said drink. Its like drinking a soda. At your age I would suggest just drink coffee 1hour or 30min. before you train.
i suggest goal-specific training. there are drills to improve your explosiveness. for energy, sometimes, motivation is what really keeps you going.
i do not, or have not relied on those stuff. after a while, it becomes a dangerous "drug" that you would think you are weak without those supplements. It's all in you, don't fake it.
