Sa leg, oo baka cramps yan. Kulang ka sa liquids.
Sa neck, tingin ko muscle pain din. Ganyan din nakukuha namin pag nag-clinch work kami after a long break. Cold compress first 3 days tapos repeat after me, "Alaxan is my friend...", it worked for me.
