    help naman guys. after wrestling session siguro mga 9 guillotine chokes and slams bale mga 24 hours na ang nakakalipas sakit ng leeg ko pero tolerable gusto ko lang mawala agad ,tapos yung biceps ko parang ang bigat tingin ko tuloy hindi ko pa magagamit yung hands ko for boxing , lastly yung nag boxing naman kami siguro last part ng round 1 biglang tumigas yung right leg ewan ko basta nahirapan ako nawala tuloy footwork ko ika-ika ako talaga crumps ba tawag dito??

    so may question paano ma-prevent ito and ano mga medication kung meron man bukod sa pahinga para mapabilis man lang.

    Sa leg, oo baka cramps yan. Kulang ka sa liquids.

    Sa neck, tingin ko muscle pain din. Ganyan din nakukuha namin pag nag-clinch work kami after a long break. Cold compress first 3 days tapos repeat after me, "Alaxan is my friend...", it worked for me.

    thanks bro . naalala ko na kung bakit masakit yung bicep ko kasi may attempted kimura nga din doon siguro yun.
    so bro water lang katapat ng cramps?

    uu, nga baka kulang ka sa inum ng tubig. or hindi ka nag strech ng mabuti!!! normal lang na sumakit ang leeg mo after those guillotine chokes... patibayin mo na lang yang leeg mo para hindi masayadong sumakit.. important sa mga wrestler ang mala taguro na neck!!!

    Parang mahirap yata pag sinlaki ng braso ni Papi yung nakapalupot sa leeg mo no? Kahit Taguro pa yung leeg... hehehe...

    Stretch ka nang maiigi bago ka makipag spar, pero pag na cramps ka na, upo kagad at i stretch mo lang... mga 2-3 minutes, wala na. Tapos i-walk off mo na lang.

    #1. kain ka ng 1 saging pagkatapos ng sessions mo.
    #2. sa clinchwork, parang matatanggal din ang leeg ko sa sakit. LBB is right, alaxan ang sagot diyan.
    #3. hydration.
    #4. massage or muscle rubs would also work.
    #5. my favorite - TENS unit.

    rule #1; don't even try to roll or spar with papi, if your are below 200 lbs... sakit lang ng katawan ang aabutin mo. hehehe

    Its the lactic acid build up and cramps
    drink lots of water.. do warm ups prior to training
    try also ice bath for 20 seconds right after hard training
