Pull-up
Is it okay to do pull-ups every single day?

I find no reason why not. I used to do 100 every day, around 150 if I was doing Mary, and 200 if I was feeling bad-@ss.

for me, pull ups are good and inexpensive. it gives a good workout for your upper body. i do it whenever i can kase i never lifted gym weights... #1 di kase ako marunong, #2 kumplikado mga machines, daming ek-ek #3 mahal #4 nakakatamad #5 bulky nga yung mga naglilift, pero antataba naman! so i just use my own body weight plus any other variations.

share naman kayo ng technique para lumakas mag pull ups kasi hangang isa lang ang kaya ko

once you learned kipping, you'll have fun doing pullups by the dozen! i did! on p90x, assisted pullups uses a foot-on-a-chair technique... your leg is there to support and help you.
