    Default N.O. Explode?

    Guys.
I came across the N.O. Explode last night and saw some reviews, most of them are positive comments about the product.
Sa mga nagtake na ng N.O. Explode, is it really effective?
Also, ito ata yung no.1 selling pre-workout amplifier last year so it must really be good.
And I don't get the whole cycling thing, bakit kailangan icycle ang paggamit nito every 4 weeks?

    Thanks.

nitiric oxide dilates your blood vessels, making the transport of oxygen and whatnot in your body easier. medyo nag iincrease siya ng endurance due to the fact that it enhances the transport of oxygen all throughout your body. isa pang fringe benefit nito eh it enhances the quality of your erections (calling the kumbento people!) dahil nga sa dilated vessels resulting in an increased blood flow sa inyong mga mayor, junior, general, alaga, whatever you call it.

Then shouldn't they call it Go Explode?

Read some stuff and reviews about it. It's not as great as the promoters make it out to be, just like anything else in life. I doubt anyone here would even need it.

i saw a very known MMA fighter who bought NO EXPLODE before. . nag pa pic pa nga ako .. so ganon sya kasikat hehe. there's one more.. jack3d. havent tried that both. "IT MAY HELP" or "IT MAY GIVE YOU THE BOOST/PUSH" pero i think yung gigil mo pa din sa training ang scorer talaga like what the above post said. . you can try naman to compare the difference , training without and training with it. . .

I know a very known MMA fighter who takes steroids and testosterone boosters. But it doesn't mean I'll start using that crap, even though there are no actual laws against it.

That Jacked thing, the only review I heard about that was this Army guy who used it (and got in trouble) and felt like crap for the next two or three days. I'm not sure what exactly it does, but I heard it's some sort of mega-caffeine creatine protein energy drink.

As I tell everyone, supplements are exactly what they are: supplementary. You have no actual need for them. They do not replace good old-fashioned hard work. If however you decide to spend money on them, know exactly what you want (for yourself, i.e. your goals) then know exactly what you are going to take and why. Most of the time supplements just make expensive piss.

People still can't understand that there is nothing magical about these things...

and those who take them who are at a competitive level take them for recovery and/or an extra boost..

but if you're just a regular trainee.. you don't need them at all
